Dr Susan is great
I loved that she listen to what I had to say and gave me answers.
2 receptions at front window were both slouched in their chairs looking at their phones when I came in. Had to wait until one was done doing something on her phone until she looked up and spoke. Also I was required to wear a mask while one had no mask and other only covered her mouth. Bad first impression for this visit...but I love Dr. Susan so I'll get over it!!!!
I have had good experience's at Dr. Susan -Davis Brown's office. is great - everyone is friendly - office workers work with you to set up an appt.
Just waited a long time to see the Dr. after check in.
I felt the provider, assistant, and; office person cared about my visit.
It was very good - on time and addressed the problems, setting me up with a specialist as needed.
I was very pleased with my visit. Everyone that I talked with was very professional and helpful. So far, I am glad I switched doctors.
