I could submit a questionnaire online before the visit that saved a lot of time during the exam. Almost immediate entry into exam room when I checked in. Very quick response by medical staff. The doctor satisfied my concerns and got me into physical therapy to improve my healing. The results of my blood test was available online that afternoon.

Dr Brown is very easy to converse with and Always listens to me. Very caring.
The receptionist could be a little cheery. They do not greet everybody that comes in. When I say Great I mean "how are you today? Can I help you? " when you leave they are not that friendly then either.
