Disappointing. Dr. Snow would have me talk about my problems and offer no feedback. There was a time when I shared suicidal ideation and she was about to end the appointment without showing much concern, offering crisis lines, or even herself as an option to contact because our appointment time had run out. If you are a person of color, do not establish care with her. She is ill informed about social justice issues and frankly, does not seem very interested in them. I felt like my time was being wasted. Dr. Snow would zone out, yawn and generally seem like she was just trying to make it through the hour. It felt like she was just trying to hold on a another year to make it to retirement.
