From the start the staff was astonishing as my child needed to be seen ASAP as a new patient. Alison was great ,kind,understanding and got us in so greatful.. Every single time I go to this Dr my son and I have to wait over 1 hour to be seen for my scheduled appointment. Their front office staff are not helpful. I have been going there for over 5 years and the one time they cancelled my 1 of 2 yearly appointments they all of a sudden no longer had the "Correct" phone number to call me at.
