I agree totally. I have chronic asthma and have started having anxiety attacks and migraines because I have three kids under 6, four jobs, have just started a business and will graduate from grad school in 12 weeks. She never got to any of that information. She questioned my sanity and told me to go to a psychiatrist. She made bad comments about other doctors that I trust saying- she does not practice "that" kind of medicine. She did not even listen to be breathing. I was in the ER the next day. I agree with the other negative comments on this doctor. She did not listen to me at all, was quick to diagnose without asking any questions or even doing an exam. She was also unresponsive to questions I asked. I would not go back to this doctor again, I wish I had found this website before I went to her.
I love this doctor.... She is kind and really listens to me. I can't believe the comments I've seen . I have had nothing but a good experience with Dr. King and I am a RN so I know doctors and their practices. She takes time to listen to you and is thorough in findings and Follow ups. I had high risk HPV with CIN 2-3 and she was on top of the game... I highly recommend her and think she is an angel.
When I read the other comments, I thought I was the only one with this opinion about her. I dont know where to start. The waiting time is very long, usually one hour or more. Then, when i got the chance to see her, she didnt care about my condition (a dizziness problem). I gave her my MRI of my brain results, and she didnt even looked at those, like she didnt care. Heed the advice. Stay away from her. Gossips about other doctors. Blames you for everything that ailes you. Makes you feel like you are a waste of her time BEFORE she walks in the room. Her staff is just an extension of her. I could go into detail but I'll just share that the last thing that happened between us involved me contacting the the insurance board and threatening to take her to small claims court.
I wish I had seen the previous review before I visited this horrible person. This doctor was rude and demeaning from the beginning. She had no interest in my condition or any of the other alarming things I wrote on the new patient survey. I have hearing loss, asthma and a chronic immune disorder. I would think a doctor would show some interest in these issues. Instead, she lectured and belittled me as if I were a drug addict for taking a legally prescribed drug (xanax). Visited with Dr. King in Nov. 2006 and it was absolutely the WORST vistit I have ever had with a doctor. The purpose of my visit was to see a second opinion, diagnosis ans possible treatment plan for me potentially having a mild case of hypothyroidism. She was extremely rude, confrontational and belittling from the minute she walked in the door. She interrupted me every time I spoke.
