All of the people I dealt with were great. However, the class that I was supposed to attend to learn how to operate the sleep therapy equipment, I never received a link for or any instructions on how to get into it. Furthermore, there was no contact information. I had to call the main Intermountain health line and have them transfer me to a couple different places before I even got close to someone that Could help me.
