Dr. Rubenstein is so caring for his patients and takes the time to be very personal with you. The first time he held our son at 4 weeks old, he was immediately soothed by his personal nature and soft tone, it seems to be so natural to Dr. Rubenstein. We quickly we knew we had the perfect pediatrician!
Very judgmental and rude. Quickly got the feeling that he didn't care about me or my child due to my circumstances. I would stay away, and find a pediatrician that is warm and welcoming.
the doctor is rude and careless
Dr. Rubenstein does often run late, but this is because he gives full undivided attention to the patients he sees and is not a stickler for time boxed visits. Every time we go for check ups Dr. Rubenstein and staff have been punctual, professional, personable, and trustworthy with health decisions related to my child's care.
Terrible for our son. He does not care nor take the time, just like a machine, no compassion and just wants to rush the appointment like always. Do not recommend at all, very rude too and unprofessional and arrogant. Terrible experience for us!
Doctor not available first time I needed him in 18 months. He's also a bit arrogant and doesn't have the best bedside manner. Seems he tries to get his patients in for multiple, unnecessary visits so that he can collect more $$. I'm pulling my child from this doctor.
