EXCELLENT!!! I just want to comment on the integrity of Dr. Thomas. I received exceptional dental service; and the staff did not try to up sell me, but kept my concerns within my budget. I appreciate the honesty and it represents to me the integrity of the dentist who can stand behind his work, like Dr. Steven Thomas. THE BEST DENTIST IN ARLINGTON! My experience with Dr. Thomas was so relaxing and reassuring. There was even a point during my operation that I forgot the seriousness of my root canal. I had been scheduled with a previous dentist for the surgery, but my pregnancy kept me away from any more appointments. Wont return The office staff is horrible.. He doesnot do the correct work.. I went in to see about a root canal.. and he wanted to take the tooth out.. uh no way.. it wasnt that bad..The doctor and his staff are very rude.. i felt so uncomfortable.. at the office.. his family kept coming in and out really loudly.. very unproffessional.. I will never ever go back or refer anyone there ..not even at no charge..
Bad experience Bad experience. Although Dr. Thomas looked nice, hygenist and staff tried to bill the patients with wrong code. Be careful.
Dirty and frustrating dealing with dentist & his assistant The waiting room is off a filthy sidewalk and equally filthy outside elevator and stairs. So each time I've been to the office I'm already feeling uncomfortable before I get in to see the dentist. He and his assistant or whatever she is are the rudest two "professional" medical/dental workers I have ever met. It's almost like there is friction between the two of them. Dr. Steven Thomas As long as you have plenty of time on your hands to wait in the waiting room and don't mind having your appointments shuffled at the doctor's convenience you will probably be satisfied. My family had been seeing this dentist for many years, the staff and doctor are so nice, but the scheduling has just gotten out of hand. I can't afford to spend hours waiting for our appointments. Save your mouth! Dr. Thomas is very personable and funny. His office staff is wonderful. Do NOT let this pull you into becoming his patient. Several friends and family have had to pay for major corrective surgery for simple mistakes Dr. Thomas has made over the years. I, too, had to have horribly painful corrective surgery.
