I am very unhappy with the way Dr Urbaniak and his staff are towards me I never in my life had a doctors office be so rude to me as much as Dr Urbaniak and his staff are to me I will never recommend him to anyone in fact I’m looking for a new neurologist I am not keeping my appointment with Dr Urbaniak and I will take this up with insurance company for the way he treats his patients
I went and saw him a few years ago. He was great. I recently had a medical emergency and needed to see a neurologist. I was told I was a “new patient” so I couldn’t be seen until Sept or if they happened to have something open up. I was instructed to see someone as soon as possible. New patients are people who have never seen the doctor. You don’t just get to arbitrarily change the definition so it suits you. The woman from the office was very rude. Medical offices seem to attract these types of people unfortunately.
Been seeing him for 4 months starting to give some heavy duty drugs 4 my wife migraine s.. he is OK takes his time and is very conservative. We both like him.
Dr. Urbaniak is extremely thorough and takes the time to answer questions for his patients. Being an athlete for years and going through a neck trauma and neurological conditions to follow was tough. Coming to grips with understanding that who I was the year and a half ago, isn’t who I am today. After one neurosurgeon told me not to get surgery and to continue to play ice hockey I brought my MRIs to Dr. Urbaniak Knowing that I would get a no BS assessment. And I got just that. Dr. Urbaniak was wonderful. He was kind, knowledgeable, and helped me greatly with a problem I was having. I recommend him highly. Also, Catherine at the front desk assisted me with an appointment in a timely manner. They are the best!
