I like that they really make sure you understand what is going on with your child(s) teeth and what should or shouldn't happen. The office desk team is warm and friendly and errors that may come up are immediately resolved.
Couldn't have been more smooth. It did take 45 minutes to get in the back many people went in ahead of us. Chalked it up to first visit but we were 10 minutes early and had checkin form back to the desk in 10 minutes.
Dr. Solow's office has been more than accommodating over the last year. My work schedule if difficult and often changes so I have had to cancel and reschedule multiple appointments. Dr. Solow's office is so very understanding. Further, my 3 year old, is afraid of the dentist and everyone is always so patient and kind to her despite her kicking and screaming.
She always gets seen right away. Staff is courteous & pleasant.

Love visiting this office. They front desk administrators are always pleasant and helpful. The dental hygienist was wonderful. Loved the dentist. We are always in and out.. Love this place
