After giving this office 24 hours to make this right, I'm posting my experience with the office staff of Dr Hopkins' office. I had an appointment with Dr Hopkins for a consultation yesterday, 11/18/2024. All of my referral information had Knob Creek Rd for their address. I arrive at Knob Creek Rd to be told that I was at the wrong address, after spending several minutes looking for me in the computer, and that Dr Hopkins is at the "310 building beside Johnson City Medical Center" although his name is on ALL of the signs at t... read more

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Hopkins and his entire office staff. He is down to earth and treats his patients as actual people and not a number. He saw my dad (84) for an AAA and came in and spoke in terms which my dad could understand and even brought in a model showing him exactly what the AAA looked like and what he would be doing when the time came for surgeon. Thank you Dr. Hopkins and staff. You are greatly appreciated.
