When you need an orthopedist, everyone recommends Far Oaks. It's almost automatic. I've been here several times, and have generally found it to be mediocre. I mean, it was ok but nothing to rave about. After my experience today, however, I won't be going back. I broke my ankle (on my wedding day lol!) and saw Dr. Ahluwalia (who was fine). Have me a boot etc. and asked that I come back after the honeymoon for another X-ray to make sure all was well. First off if you have an appointment for 10 and get there early be prepared to wait until 10:30 at the earliest only to sit in a room for another 20 minutes, thinking why do they have me come back here to just wait longer. Not to mention that I had a surgery that I scheduled with one of their receptionists and she forgot to schedule the surgery...but when I confronted her the day before I was supposed to go into surgery she lied to me and said she tried to call me, but never left me a voicemail...finally after surgery I was ... read more
