This dr refused to fill a prescription he put me on, I moved out of state and ended up coming back for surgery I was accused of doctor shopping and uping my dosage which was not true! I had proof of the dr in my new state upping my medication. He said I was seeing 2 doctors there my primary doctor went on medical leave in June and I referred to her PA to take over. He would not look at my documents or hear anything I had to say and has threatened to list me as a dr shopper! I have never met anyone so rude in my life!!!
Being new to the area I was looking for a doctor that did more than just quickly hand out a prescription. I was looking for someone that would listen to me and consider helping me with treatment other than just multiple prescriptions. A new friend recommended Dr. Ross and so I scheduled an appointment. He did listen to me and did help me without handing me a quick fix to get rid of me so he could go on to the next patient. I highly recommend him.
Once you get past the business office, everyone is friendly and helpful. Dr Ross is not one to just throw pharmaceuticals at a problem; so, if you have self diagnosed and are simply seeking a prescription rather than actual physician services, this is not your place.
