I was completely at ease the office staff and doctor were completely patient and seemed genuinely concerned about every detail of my condition. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. They always remember me and make me feel important! Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Definitely! They always call me back very quickly!
I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. The waiting room here is spacious. My favorite thing about Dr. Ross is that he will prescribe a trip to the vitamin shop over the pharmacy! He is definitely not a "medication is the only answer" sort of doctor. Nutrition is always discussed, and he is very inclined to pull out a stack of his current reading on health, to help guide a patient. A small criticism is that he seems to show less favor over a patient's own cause and effect discovery of a supplement, etc. I think he'd rather offer the advice first, lol. He does not deserve the one star that is on there! He is a bandade Doctor! This man threw is arms up and said there is nothing more I can do for her ! I am 200 persent worse than I was the first day I walked in his office! I am on enough Xanax to kill a horse, and never addressed my High Blood pressure problems!
