Did this provider answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her Were you able to relax during your appointment? Yes, I was completely at ease

Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. I was so impressed with how great they were at answering each and every question I had in-depth. They were so patient, and covered all of the bases until I had no more questions. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable. Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Not really. I had to schedule an appointment for most of my questions. Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field? Yes Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, there was no annoying music

I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. Dr. Ross is very courteous and actually listens. He is more open minded about natural options and doesn't just hand out antibiotics for every issue. His staff is very competent and friendly. We don't mind the 30 minute drive to use his services, which speaks for itself!
