I’ve been a patient of Dr. Steven Corwin for several years, and I can honestly say he is one of the best ophthalmologists I’ve ever had the pleasure of seeing. Dr. Corwin is exceptionally professional and truly takes the time to understand and address the root cause of any eye issues I’ve had. Dont go to this Dr for dry eye help - he was not able to help me and did not try to point me in the right direction.
The doctor is amazing however a shame that his staff doesn't reflect the greatness of him. * I feel bad when fantastic doctors get a bad wrap due their staffs short comings. The office side of this practice is a hot mess. Hopefully, it's changed since I left. (Mind you, I've had decades of experience of running a medical practice as well as billing insurance and setting up payment programs) Their billing department double billed me on varied occasions. Dr. Corwin and his staff are great they are very helpful. The wait time was not bad either. Dr. Corwin took his time and explained things to me. The front desk was very friendly while I was being checked.
Amazing doctor, amazing staff. All the way around ! If you have an appointment at 9am you are called at 9:01, if your appointment is at 2pm you will be called at 2pm. I have never been at a medical office where everything is done according to protocol. Everyone is extremely professional and staff is accomodating when you need them to be. Dr. Corwin, straight forward, frofessional, serious about his clients...in explaining everything. I was completely blind in my left eye, I now can see ! Highly recommended!
