Huge mistake trusting this Dr. Long story short, he sunk giant permanent tacks into my periosteum for an inguinal hernia mesh repair, then became increasingly agitated and short with me as it was clear i was in chronic pain. Did he mention the tacks, no. He claimed that ”i have no medical or anatomical explanation' , and that it was my fault because i was 'non compliant'... Dr. Patching and his staff were very helpful in explaining the operation and in making the arrangements for the surgery. The results are amazing and had a quick recovery. Surgery was performed at West Coast Joint and Spine in El Dorado Hills, where they too were super helpful.
Dr. Patching helped me identify the issues i was having, which necessitated a gallbladder removal. Dr. Patching answered all my questions and after a month, i feel so much better and have my life back! I’d recommend him to anyone looking for a skilled, patient and experienced surgeon.
When I had weight loss surgery I was thrilled with the results. I lost 50 pounds to start and shared my story with my younger sister. She is quite heave and diabetic. She wanted no part of it. Today, three years later I am still doing great, however my younger sister had a stroke and is still in the hospital! She is learning to walk again and cannot even hold a spoon. If you are thinking of having weight loss surgery, take the first step and schedule a consultation. In hindsight, I should have done it years ago. More than a decade spent feeling puffy, tired, and resigned to my fate; not a good feeling when you have small and active children. My experience has been very smooth with Dr Patching, no complaints. Don’t recommend
I was nervous getting started in my Bariactric journey. From the very beginning, Dr. Patching made me feel safe and throughout the journey it was amazing having his support and knowledge to ease my nerves. The actual surgery was a breeze. Little to no pain the day after and even when waking up from surgery. He truly is the best around and I cannot recommend him enough. Thank you for changing my life Dr Patching!!
Dr. Patching is so caring and willing to go over all of your concerns. He is also very involved with the weight loss journey before and after surgery. He has taken good care of me, and I am just so grateful for him. I travel 3 hours just to see him and 3 hours back home. He is worth the travel!
