Front desk greeted me timely and was efficient with checkout. Office technicians very professional. Dr. Moore was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. The technician that helped me pick out my new glasses was very patient. Never felt rushed.
I was impressed by the passion one of the owners had when they shared their mission and the desire to give their patients the best care. It was very inspiring. And the great central location uptown is an added bonus.
Dr. Moore is amazing. It feels like I'm going to see a friend every time I have an appointment. He takes his time and makes sure I am comfortable with all the information he is providing. Everyone in the office is helpful and friendly. They make sure clients are taken care of in a prompt and warm manner. On the phone or in person I always feel taken care of.
Always diligent and friendly, these doctors have always gone above and beyond to make sure I can see great with my contacts and my frames. These guys are the best!
