Dr. Copenhaver is absolutely amazing! My low rating is directed toward the office manager and front desk staff at this particular location (Preston rd, Plano TX) because of a very disappointing and unprofessional experience. I explained multiple times that I had accidentally left my wallet at home and would be able to pay the copay later. I am leaving the staff a one star. I am so tired of every medical facility treating my daughter as a dollar sign. My daughter depends on several respiratory equipments and treatments to live. These are her life support. I’ve reached out to the office several times on behalf of our DME company and pharmacy with no response.
