10/5/2020 My husband and I have been going to Dr Ratty's offIce for over 10+years Just recently he decided to move to another Optometrist because of a recent transaction. They wanted him to buy bifocals and he initial refused but eventually gave in, knowing that it was not what he wanted. It was told to him that if he doesn't like them just bring the glasses back and get the ones he wanted. So he tried and didn't like them. He did exactly what was instructed of him. I was wondering when the his office being closed. is there anyways to pickup glasses. my glasses have finally fallen apart and need a replacement. I already ordered the frames, I'm just waiting for pick up
Dr. Ratty was very kind & thorough with his examination. He explained all in detail what was going on with my child's vision. Concerned & well mannered. The Lady's at the front desk were courteous & kind, as well as the lady's in the back.
Awesome people! I didn’t catch the names of everyone that helped me but I did remember patty she was very helpful !

Everyone from the front desk receptionists to Dr. Ratty were professional and friendly... I arrived early as I figured there would be a lot of paperwork, as I was in new patient... And they got me in and out of there in a timely manner without all that time-consuming paperwork... I would recommend this office to anyone!!!
