I don't even know where to begin! Dr. Rad is simply THE BEST. I first met Dr. Rad when I called his office for a second opinion on my 20 weeks anatomy scan. His office was aware how nervous and worried I was, so they gave me an appointment the next day. The second I met Dr. Rad, I could tell how caring he was of his patients.
