I wouldn't even think of taking my animals to anyone else! Dr. Pirkey and his staff are amazing. Our animals love them and it is clear these folks love our animals. We have never had a bad experience using this veterinary practice. I would recommend to anyone in the area!

Dr. Pirkey's expertise was invaluable with my little pug, Yoda. Yoda had been losing weight and acting drunk occasionally for a while. I took him to Dr. Pirkey and after talking, we decided to test him for diabetes. Yoda's blood sugar was through the roof. Dr. Pirkey did a glucose curve and we started him on insulin. A short time later, Yoda's eyeball ruptured and we had to have it removed. Yoda had a hard time recovering from surgery. He could not keep down food and stayed at the vet for a solid month.
