Dr. Unger was the surgeon who inserted the dialysis fistulas when I had renal failure over three years ago. I ended up deciding to have peritoneal dialysis and he cautiously placed another connection in the arm one for hemodialysis. My dialysis nurse was impressed and said I had an excellent doctor who was anticipating for any unexpected problems. Dr. Unger was awesome. He is extremely knowledgeable and extremely pleasant. His office works like a clock. Everyone there was nice and helpful. the doctor knew my issue immediately and was through and knowledgeable.
The hernia repair went well. The only question I have is how long does it take for the tissue to grow into the mesh. Thanks, Manuel de Cardenas.
