I had been a patient here for quite a long time. I loved the nurse that I had for each visit which is mostly why I stayed, however calling the office is constantly a challenge. Long hold times, if anyone even picks up the phone at all. Also very disappointed that they charged FIFTY dollars for me to get a copy of my records. This is a ridiculous and frivolous charge.
