Dr Snyder is everything you hope a Dr could be; kind, compassionate, caring, and an expert in his field.
Dr. Stephen Snyder is an extremely caring, dedicated and compassate physician, not to mention brilliant surgeon. My greatest concern is that one day he will decide to take a well deserved retirement, but I try not to think about that day.
I felt very comfortable and confident that I found the most caring physician at the first time I met him. I find him to be a kind and compassionate physician with a great deal of experience and knowledge. I highly recommend him.
In my experience, every staff member and medical practitioner with some hand in supporting Dr Snyder's work, whether security guard, covid screener, scheduler (All hail, Latonya!), nurse, Xray technician, doctor, or website monitor, reflects Dr Snyder's own values and standards. They are, as he is, kind, courteous, competent, and patient. They look you in the eye when speaking to you. They listen well to your questions, worries and concerns --and to those of your caregiver. They respond with sympathy. They're never dismissiv... read more
Dr. Snyder and his team provided excellent care. From my first consultation to my recovery. He and his team are amazing! Nice, empathetic and clear about the procedure and expectations. He is a pioneer in the field and I feel lucky that he performed my rotator cuff surgery.
Dr. Snyder fixed my left rotator cuff 9 years ago and it is by far the best joint in my body. No pain, full movement and strength. So when my right one started giving me problems, it was a "no brainer." Dr. Snyder is always friendly and confident, taking his time to explain what's going on in your shoulder and the pathway to repair and healing. It's a tough surgery and the post-surgery process is pretty in-depth, so he and his staff's attentiveness and support are very important! I love the daily check-in app they've added t... read more
Dr. Stephen Snyder was recommended to me by my highly regarded primary care physician. From my 1st visit, I was impressed with Dr. Snyder. He was thorough in explaining my physical issues and the pros &cons of surgery. He gave me 3 extra appts before I decided to have surgery. Throughout all, Dr. Snyder - and his office assistant, have been most responsive to all my needs- and continue to be as I recover from surgery.
Dr. Snyder is one of the most compassionate doctors I have been to. He takes his time with you and you feel like he is concerned about you and not rushing off to the next room. He, La Tanya and his Surgery Center team at SCOI were terrific!
Excellent care! Dr Snyder is wonderful! I would recommend him to anyone facing shoulder issues.
