I took my son to him , but unfortunately the experience was disappointing. The doctor didn’t give us enough time to ask questions, and he seemed rushed throughout the appointment. He didn’t explain my son’s condition clearly, and it felt like he just wanted to finish quickly without giving us proper attention. I expected more care and communication, especially when it comes to a child’s health.
I wouldn’t not recommend this Dr to anyone. His bedside manner is horrible. The incapability of putting a sentence together after trying to insult my child is mind blowing . Not quite sure how he wants a toodler to react when he’s probing them with a microscope in their eye. We left there with no answers except insults and poor time management. My son had lazy eye and Dr hing did two surgeries on him. He is not able to close his left eye lid since then and needs another surgery. Please do not consult this Dr.
My daughter has been treated by Dr Hing since she was 5 years old, now she is 10, she has never had issue with the prescriptions given. Her eyes now in stable condition and as Dr Hing advises she does not need to come to see him again next year, she can go to optometrist instead. Thank you Dr Hing for your professional treatment and care of my daughter for the last 5 years. Very recommended ophthalmologist.
Just a waste of money and time. The doctor uses old apparatuses and is inaccurate for this day and age. My 6y old daughter was complaining on headaches. The doctors report says that everything is fine with her eyes. We went on another doctor with more sophisticated equipment, and it turned out she has +2.5. We were furious.
