The wait was absolutely ridiculous. It messed up my entire day. Their equipment seems to be in fairly good condition. They don't have the newest stuff, but it got the job done. They told me a little bit about my treatments' risks and benefits, but I still didn't feel like I knew as much as I wanted to know.

They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They barely had any magazines to choose from, and the ones that were available weren't very interesting. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here.
