I have been a patient of the dr for years and years. I haven't been there in like 3 years as things have been going well. I called twice in the last week to try to desperately get in as I need a possible skin cancerous spot removed and they refused my service as I haven't been there in 3 years! Wow is all I have to say! Wow!

He did a great job of removing a precancerous cyst on my face. He does a thorough removal. Also, there was no scarring. On another visit, he properly diagnosed and treated inflamed keratosis on both arms.

Have been a patient of Dr. Presser for several years. He has treated my skin cancers effectively. I have total confidence in his ability. He is thorough and takes his time to explain everything. I would definitely recommend him.

He was very nice. The nurses there are all very nice and welcoming. I was very comfortable there. The only thing I can think of to complain about is the Administrative Staff at the Office, the one lady out front is sorda friendly but the other lady isn't so friendly at all.She doesn't smile, say hi or good bye or even you're welcome when I say thank you. You can tell that she doesn't want to be there. Makes me very uncomfortable.

I've been a patient for a decade and never met Dr. Presser. Things have gone downhill from when I became a patient. I've had to go back three times now for the same uncomfortable procedure - last time booking out two months despite just having a removal that wasn't removed. This time: same thing. Was told to see a plastic surgeon to fix their work. Nice. If you don't like repeated co-pays and repeated procedures with staff attitude to book them, go somewhere else. I am.

I needed to be seen for a rash that comes and goes. Had a terrible time getting them to schedule me on shorter notice than a month out so I could go in when the rash was visible. They did a biopsy and I received a call back from the secretary with no information other than- "you can pick up your prescription at your pharmacy". When I had questions about the results and treatment options I was told the doctor didn't have time to talk to me. I asked for a call back when he had time and was told no

The staff was friendly and office was clean. Dr. Presser told me " I don't have time" and "will have to schedule another appointment" to address my medical questions. He was in a huge hurry and didn't even explain meds he was giving me. I waited quite some time to see the Dr. and drove 45 minutes one way. Expected a lot more for out of this visit. Very disappointed and wish there was more options in my area. I feel my menial skin issues are not paying him enough money to be bothered.

My first surgery with him caused me pain for sixteen months. After six months I went back for more surgery. I explained the problem with my nose from before I can't breathe out of it. Go see an ENT, we are doing this one now. At which point, he starts telling me all about the procedure. I was just here six months ago. He gives a big sigh of exasperation I guess because I interrupted him. He could not possibly take the time to LOOK AT MY CHART. Never again.
