I went to Dr. Haley because my ear starter ringing and he told me there's nothing that can be done and to get used to it for the rest of my life. Told me to go get Afrin. I went to a specialist because it became painful and found out I could have reversed the ringing and hearing loss if the doctor had referred me to the ENT when it first happened. I wouldn't send anyone to Dr. Haley.
He has been my doctor for over 25 years. Always listens, does talk a bit, but always seems to know what is going on. I have recommended him to several people that like his also.
Dr. Haley is horrible. The first time I went to him, I left crying and feeling unheard. The next time, I arrived at my appointment 15 minutes on time, got in the back on time, and then waited 2 hours for him to arrive to the room. When I tried telling him what was going on with me, he ranted about stuffI didn't ask about. He then tried to leave the room without hearing any of my concerns. I have been a patient of Dr. Haley for over 20 years. He always has time to listen and get to know you as a patient. I have recommended him to several of my friends, and they are just as satisfied as I am with him.
He is really a fantastic Doctor. What I like best is that he knows his stuff. I hate going to a doctor who has 50 possibilities for everything and gives half baked answers. It has been a long time since I found a doctor I could put my trust in like this. It also helps that his staff is super friendly and even when I haven been for half a year still remember me. I would recomend him to anyone using chp.
