Dr. Boatwright is an excellent pain management Dr. but his staff need lots of improvement , I never get a call back after leaving messages, customer service need improvement..
Be Aware. On my first visit, Dr. Boatright said he would set up physical therapy and that I’d be working with Megan. After finishing my visits, I needed to follow up as instructed. I called the office, and the nurse said she would check with Dr. Boatright and call me right back. That never happened. I called three more times and left messages, but no one ever returned my calls.
