He is the best Eye doctor I have ever had and I have worn glasses since I was 11 years old. I am 76 years old now. I have lived in several states and many cities in these states and he is the best. Caring and professional but not stuffy and overbearing. Gives me a relaxed feeling. Was great with my husband also!
Worst doctor ever! Not only did he have me wait 2 hours to see him but he yelled and belittled me. He was rude and very unprofessional.
I was extremely disappointed with the way my exam was done. I made certain when I scheduled the appointment that an opthamologist, not even an optomatrist, does the exam because my vision is complicated, and I have had issues obtaining accurate diagnoses in the past. The entire refraction was completed by the tech, even after I expressed concern. Dr Donaldson didn't even bother to verify her final results. He did take 10 seconds to look at the back of the eyes and the health of the cornea.
He spends time to help me understand what is going on with my eyes. You will NOT find a more experienced and compassionate ophthalmologist.
