I was referred to Dr. Klass whom I’ve seen twice since last year due to Spinal Arthritis, he’s a great Doctor with a horrible Front End. His receptionist don’t ever relay messages and are completely rude as you call in pain. Literally on day 3 of NO call back from Dr. Very unprofessional.
I like the Dr. very much. I am unable to reach him on the phone. I call daily. Very unfortunate.
Honest. Personable. Funny. Straight forward. I appreciate that in a doctor who is handling my care.
Staff is courteous. Dr. Klass answered all my questions and listened to my concerns. I'm happy he is my doctor. He's the best!
