I received a phone call on Saturday September 23,2017 from a wireless caller 671-7408 and when I did a reverse phone lookup it says Eugene Kramer. I have NEVER seen him and don't even know what kind of Dr he is but the ladies above me Kasee Wick and Stacie Stone both work at the Billings Clinic and we share a laundry room in our apartment.
