I like the doctor but the office is very unorgaized to the point of being dangerous, as they lose important medical history.

I recently waited more than 2 hours after my appointment to be seen with no communication from staff as to anticipated delay or offer to reschedule. When I was seen my records from the year before were no where to be found. I had a biopsy done and it has been two weeks and four phone calls to the office to check results. No one will call me back to tell me anything. Dr. Prentice herself may be okay, but this office is the most poorly run medical practice I've ever seen.
