Not that great of an experience. I always have to wait in the waiting room for at least and hour and then I have to wait in an exam room for another 30/45 minutes. Yes, Dr Prentice does take the time to talk to you at length but I felt as though I wasnt really being heard. I did not feel a comfortableness with her that you should...especially in this area. It was not anything she did, but it just felt aloof. And getting someone to call you back after you leave a message is about near to impossible. I would not recommend this... read more

Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they eventually returned. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room.
