After being with this doc for 12 years, she couldn't see me on my last visit because I was 13min late. Staff very unprofessional.
I've been very happy with Dr. Duncan and her staff. She is caring, knowledgeable and takes her time during the appointment. My only issue is that the office is hard to get in touch with and you usually need to leave a message and wait for a call back.

Office staff are friendly and go out of their way to help each patient. Dr. Duncan is knowledgeable, effective and compassionate. There was a time when the patient portal was not working, matters out of the doctor's control, but it has since been fixed. And the new p.a. Is wonderful, she is such a nice addition.
She's the best primary doctor I've had! No waiting, detail oriented, focus on YOU!
Poor office professionalism. The portal for the practice doesn't work. I am no longer a client - but today they called me to make an appointment. Just an example of hour poorly this practice is managed.
After 2 appoiments and 2 co-payments later ($60) i still dont see the doctor or get prescribe for my cold or cramps
Poor professionalism. The doctor does not respond to phone calls or messages. Unnecessary exams were performed wasting my time and money. Staff screens calls to avoid questions and results are not given in a timely manner. Do not recommend at all.
