Dr. Casalman is a very condescending person. I have seen things about doctors not doing the best for patients I never thought I would have to endure such awful care. She does the bare minimum. The only thing she does is check the breathing. She does not care about anything I tell her, she deflect and then says “well if you want me to”. I have a rash she didn’t even check. I have to ask her do you want to see it. Then she says “oh yes”. You get about 5 minutes of her time where she does not make eye contact or answer your que... read more

Does the minimum she can. And will not seek to help with the medical insurance. If you want a mediocre doctor she is it.

Dr. Bourgault was retiring and working less. Referred to Dr. Casalman in the same office. Saw her for 6 years. Was the same routine each time. Review blood work, listened to mv heart, BP and that’s it! Couple minutes and I'm outta there. I am in my 70s, otherwise healthy, take no medications, take a ton of vitamins, and walk 3 to 6 miles a day. My insurance requires I am seen every 6 months. On one occasion, I told her I was having heel pain. She told me to stop walking so much. Another time, I had gynecological issue. She t... read more

Dr Casalman is professional, caring, and takes the time to listen. I love her as my doctor and would highly recommend her to anyone seeking a Primary Care Physician.

WOW,! My mother just started seeing Dr Casalman and I can’t believe the type of service she is providing! Her staff is terrible! My mother just came out of the hospital and the paperwork was turned in to casalman. To date this doctor had not read the documents. It’s been a few days.... she is uncaring rude says things to patients that are unprofessional and reacts with NO sense of urgency. Unbelievably BAD service. I am going to report her!

Dr Casalman is great! She needs to replace all her office staff, terrible! Unfortunately you have to get past them to see the doctor or get referrals. They are ruining her name...omg!

I would NEVER recommend this doctor. UrgertCare referral dr. in needing prompt care for current Vertigo, past thyroid removal & subsequential medication monitoring as well as BP monitoring. Upon submitting the required list of medications I am on, (some additional meds for anxiety were not being sought, nor would be, as my CA. PCP was maintaining them while a psyciatrist here was being secured here , I was still refused service. Cried & begged that going without treatment would be dangerous. The "priviledge" of an appt. stil... read more

I have been seeing the dr. for quite some time now. I have always been greeted with the upmost kindness by most of the office. The ladies in front are always smiling and happy, and the girl that takes my vitals is usually friendly (sometimes a bit nosey and too personal), but overall I have no complaints. I get in very quickly when needing to be seen.

I am shocked at the negativity here. My elderly father whom I care for, sees Dr. Casalman (if I were not a military spouse obliged to be seen on base, I would go to her as well). I believe this illustrates that when people are satisfied, they generally do not speak up. It is only when someone has a bad experience (often related to unrealistic expectations) that they are vocal. Dr. Casalman is compassionate, listens intently, and responds to requests appropriately. We rarely have to wait long to be seen, the staff is friendly... read more
