He is actually an MD. Always received great care for me and my family.
Made an appointment set for 10:30am got there 15 minutes early. They have a mass requirement did not tell me when I made the appointment. Asked if I wanted to buy one I said no. My appointment was at 10:30 they said it was 10:00 a.m. I got there at 10:15 they wanted me to reschedule. I just canceled not worth coming here.. .
Cant get a hold of anyone at the billing department - left 5 messages although I don't suspect fraud at bayside medical - there is an issue in their billing system - and I will keep chasing this issue until resolved
