The website says accepting new patients, but when you call you can't get an appointment for 3 months....Guessing people that would like to become new patients may need to be seen earlier than 3 months. Very frustrating.
Dr Stenstrom has the complete package. The office staff when you check-in are top notch, making you feel comfortable and are enthusiastic and generally happy to be working there. Dr Stenstrom herself has such a great personality and makes you feel at ease. She explains things as she's going and is very thorough. My son came with and she made him feel comfortable as well! She is one of a kind!
I have been a patient of Dr. Stenstrom since before MDSkin Center opened. Each and every time I visit the office for cosmetic and/or medical reasons, I get the same feeling...genuinely cared for, easy to work with and trustworthy (and not just from Dr. Stenstrom but the entire office staff). Thank you for continually exceeding my expectations!
Dr. Stenstrom is the absolute best Dermatologist in the Rockford area! She is extremely knowledgeable, thorough and very patient oriented. I feel extremely comfortable with her professional opinion and with her wonderful bedside manner. I have been to 3 other Dermatologists in the Rockford area, and I would only refer my friends and family to Dr. Stenstrom.
