Appointment staff is not efficient. Made appointments weeks in advance for new patient consult for me and my husband because we are new to the area and needed to select a family doctor. The day before my scheduled visit I called to confirm and was told my husband did not have an appointment. What I don't understand is if he didn't have an appointment how do you have his name and birthday information. It is really difficult to find a doctor that actually listens to you and works with you to achieve your goals. Dr. Gwock has been the best doctor I've had in my 53 years.
