Called to make an appointment with Dr Spatz, for my husband and had to cancel immediately as the person taking the appointment had an extremely unfriendly approach and an attitude. Is this the general approach to new patients or all existing patients? Terrible bedside manners. This is one of the reasons why Doctors loose patients
Had a great experience working with Dr. Spatz, he was friendly from the start and was straight to the point, I was in and out in a flash. Overall a great experience.
