Kind and good treatment but you can tell that she is focused on profits first. She is very exclusive on the insurance she takes and will charge you high fees for ordinary, easy services.
Called to make a father daughter appointment for counciling. My father is elderly but this office would only except his insurance so he had to make the appointment. Dad isn’t very patient when it comes to giving insurance numbers and all that stuff so I asked if he could call on speaker phone while I’m with him and he give the permission to make the appointment and I help give all the insurance info while he is also in the line listening.
