My husband was suppose to have 2 tests done for University of IA Transplant Dept. He informed them that it was extremely important to have these two simple procedures done ASAP. It has been almost a wk with no reply. He has left messages, no calls bk. When he finally does get a live person over there, they always mention our insurance. They are still waiting on our ins. This office has all of the info inc. our ins. This ofc is all about ins. NOT THE PATIENT NEEDS. SHAME, SHAME Never again!!!!
