First visit it took nearly 2 hours to be seen, and I was on time. I had to exit the waiting room to inquire whether I'd be seen that day. Lab requests were made and I was required to provide 5 viles of blood drawn in their own lab. I have been waiting 3 +weeks and have yet to receive a call advising of results. I have called 3 times...no return call as of yet. Thankfully, this is not a life and death situation. However; I would advise looking elsewhere for your specialist.

One of the best doctor I have ever met. So caring and knowledgeable. But the staff at the front office is horrible. They don't have no knowledge also they are so rude. My personal experience with the reception staff was depressing. Waiting time is around 2 hours. Dont like to go there no mere. Recently changed my doctor, which I didn't want to but I had to.

Although Dr. Reddy and her PA Morgan are amazing and great at helping answer any questions you may have, the staff is horrible. Not only do they have a long wait time but they are rude and have no customer service etiquete. Takes over an hour to see the Dr. If you schedule anything after 8:00am. The office seems to have had better days and is in need of a good paint job/remodel. If they were to change or train their staff I would go back in a heart beat.

Dr. Reddy is an amazing physician. I feel she is caring and highly trained professional. I would recommend her without question. I have referred a few people to her and they say she has changed their lives with her caring and professional advice and medical care.

My first appointment with Dr. Reedy was very thorough. She did most of the blood worked necessary, but not one particular test I wanted. When the results came in, I received a phone call and told a prescription would be called in, of a medicine I asked not to use, at a dose that was laughable, had she looked at any of my records. A follow up appointment was never mentioned, so I said adios to yet another doctor taught by big pharmacy.

I've almost never been able to see Dr. Reddy in 4+ years of being a patient. She is nice enough when I have seen her, but mostly I am forced to see her PA. Also, her office has some sort of no patient sharing policy which means I cannot switch to any of the other doctors in the office. This policy in effect makes me Dr. Reddy's property.

I really liked Dr. Reddy and her NP Morgan. They were competent, professional and answered all my questions.On 2 occasions I called to ask about test results, and I had a call back within a matter of minutes. I was taken into the office to see the doctor in a timely manner and both Morgan and Dr. Reddy spent time asking me questions and reviewing things with me. I was hesitant to visit this office because of some of the negative reviews on line, but found they were incorrect. A1 DR/Staff
