I have been a patient of Dr. Reddy at the Chandler location for over 10 years. I never would have given her or the practice itself a 5-star review, but they were OK. Reddy and the office staff are not the friendliest people, but that's never been a top requirement for me. But in the past year my opinion of the place has plummeted. I’m not one to write reviews but because of the rudeness, unprofessionalism and unpleasant experience I felt I needed to let others know what they will experience. After waiting 1.5 hours in lobby and another 1.5 hours in the patient room I had to go ask someone if I was been forgotten about. Someone had to go find Dr. Reddy in her office. She came into the room and was rude and curt and took a whole three minutes explaining to me that the radiologist over read my ultrasound report. I have gone to several endocrinologists since I’ve moved to Arizona over fifteen years ago. I was very disappointed with the level of care by these specialists. I have been seeing Dr Reddy for a few years with some endocrine problems and osteoporosis. What a breath of fresh air and relief. Finally an endocrinologist who listens and involves the patient in their own care. I couldn’t be happier and relieved to have found doctor Reddy

Beware! new pt appt, front office coughing saying she is sick from her daughter- no mask, spent approx 4.5 hours in office and say np for about 30 min and apparently I was told dr reddy was sick so she will call video. because the office was so far behind, ask to use the restroom, I was told the restroom is broken- can not use- really? kinda scary if this was true- how a healthcare facility has no available restroom to use or wash hands. was told to come back in 1 week and to do a blood work and ultrasound.- was told by fron... read more

Dr Reddy actually listens to me, asks pertinent questions and is aggressive in treating my diabetes and side affects of the diabetes. I have had diabetes for 51 years, originally type 2 but changed to type 1 about 11 years ago. She encouraged me to get a diabetes pump to help me be able to regulate the highs and lows. Sent me to diabetes training classes. I can't say enough nice things about Dr Reddy....although she can get "tough with me", when I am not doing the things I'm supposed to do, aka: lose weight, exercise, etc. a... read more

My husband has had long-standing endocrinology care with Dr. Reddy, and he's been thrilled with her and her asst., so when my thyroid went wonky, I chose to be referred to her. I've had great experiences in the office and with her personally. She goes beyond the basics to search out the problem thoroughly, and she explains everything clearly as procedures are scheduled and performed. We couldn't be happier

Dr. Reddy is a professional. She is very caring and spends all the time one needs to understand what is happening. She recommended an ultrasound after she felt a small lump in my thyroid. I have my thyroid checked by several doctors yearly, and no one has ever felt anything. She found some suspicious areas and did a needle biopsy. Cancer was confirmed and she referred me to a wonderful surgeon ( who felt my thyroid and couldn’t detect a lump). She is going to do follow up care. Recommend

My first visit seemed thorough and she appeared to listen, but that is the end of anything good I can say. She tried to stick me on an unsafe diet while my thyroid wasn't under control. She biopsied my thyroid on what I later found out was outdated guidelines and based on current guidelines, there was no need to biopsy. I had to call many times to refill my thyroid meds. The office is dirty and run down. The staff are rude and unhelpful. That's just the start. Never going back!

Dr Reddy was VERY thorough and took the time to hear about my symptoms in an effort to make the correct diagnosis. Be prepared to wait a little bit and to have ultrasounds/bloodwork done before you leave your initial appointment. I am very happy with my experience here. The office staff was equally nice and helpful. I received the results of my ultrasound from Dr Reddy immediately and her staff called me within a few days with my blood test results and a therapy plan.
