Dr Ahmed and her staff were another excellent experience at the heart & family institute. Thanks to all.
I have not had any problems with Dr. Ahmed. She spends time with me, the way it should be, that does cause a backup, but that is not the doctors fault, the Medical Center does not give her enough time to spend with each patient. I do recommend her if you like someone who spends more time then a doctor who just wants to do as many patients as possible in the short time given.

Dr. Ahmed is a wonderful doctor. She has helped my daughter to have options and positive outlook with regard to her seizures. She saved my daughter's life. Thank God for her and her wonderful staff.

As an initial visit I found it to be as expected and only offer my desire for Dr's to be more forthcoming as to what they are looking for when sending pt's for tests etc.

She is very personable, knowledgeable and reassuring. She listened to all our concerns and explained her thinking about the problem in easy to understand language. Couldn't have asked for any better care. Her staff is welcoming and the wait time was quite reasonable. Very busy admitting area because that area is for multiple physicians. Don't let that concern you! Even the admitting staff was friendly & helpful. Very impressed!

I have been a patient of Dr. Sophia Ahmed’s for almost a year. She is warm, caring and listens. Last visit I told her she should teach other medical professionals her social skills. Her nurse is so pleasant and welcomes you and actually thanks me for coming in!

I’ve been with Dr Ahmed for over a year. She’s pleasant but often forgetful of things discussed. She is always running very late but does take her time with patients. The staff are moderately pleasant. It’s impossible to get ahold of anyone on the phone though. You’ll wait on hold to talk to a nurse for a good 20+ min. Scheduling has to be done a good month or more out. I’ve had to wait more than an hour to be seen more than once. It’s more the typical than the exception really.
