Overall I'm pleased with their practice. They work with me and are understanding. I feel free to ask questions. I've had some difficult procedures but they have been helpful.
Horrific experiences, won't go back. They do not include a cleaning in the 1st visit unless you complain. I've sat in a room waiting for 45 minutes every time I've gone. I needed a crown, & Dr. Goorah was so harsh that I got several large, painful canker sores, which she told me were a reaction to the temp. crown. After I paid my $360 for the crown, I got another $101.50 bill in the mail because their estimate had been low & they never charged my deductible. Called billing, entirely unhelpful & rude. This practice is one of the best I have been to. During my last visit I was very impressed with the high tech like computerized xrays which gives much less radiation & less cancer. The staff is always very nice & they have all the specialists right there. The dentists always strive to give me the best dental work. I have recommended many friends & family to this practice.
VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. VERY DIRTY AND MESSY OFFICE.NOTHING IS EXPLAINED PROPERLY. MOST OF THE STAFF HAS NO DENTAL KNOWLEDGE OR PROFESSIONALISM MANAGER AND ASST MANAGER HAVE NO MANAGERIAL SKILS. WOULD NEVER RECOMMNED THIS OFFICE TO ANY FAMILY OR FRIENDS. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DENTIST IS NOT THAT GOOD.

the person who posted the review on 8/14/09 has admitted that she has NEVER seen Dr. goorah. I work in the office and I am also a patient of Dr. G. She has been on <top dentist> list several times & is an excellent dentist.
WORST DENTIST EXPERIENCE EVER!! The staff was so unprofessional and the place was DIRTY! I checked out the tools while I was waiting for an hour in my exam "room" and they looked gross. There was red gooey stuff coming out of the hose at the bottom of the spit sink...I almost threw up it was so gross. The dental assistant was TERRIBLE and as soon as she came in, she asked a couple questions which I politely answered. Don't ever go there! I had a horrible experience there. First i pend 3 hours waiting for my appointment, and that was just for x-rays and cleaning. After the x-rays Dr.Goorah told me that i had to redo all my root canals I have six and tried to pressure me into a treatment plan that would cost my roughly 5000 after my insurance would pay the same amount. Since another dentist a year ago didn't notice any problems I don't believe this woman! i think she is a crook and was trying to cheat me out of my money!
I've had horrible service each time I went. As a new patient, I went to get a cleaning and all I got were x-rays. They told me my appt didn't include a cleaning and no one was available so I had to come back another day to get the cleaning. Then they told me I needed 7 fillings. I got one done and they totally screwed up the billing. They gave me a different dentist who wasn't covered under MetLife so I got charge for out-of-network service, which translates into hundreds of dollars out of my pocket.
