Rude and obnoxious dermatologist who doesn’t bother listening or caring for patients. Left this clinic immediately having to book another appointment with a different professional since she not just ignored my concerns but laughed at me along with her rude staff.

Awful. I called November 4 to make an appointment for Friday Nov 21. Today (Nov 19) I called to confirm the time of my appointment and the receptionist said I did not have an appointment and that I would have to do walk in. When I inquired as to why I no longer had an appointment she refused to talk to me. Glad I didnt establish a Dr / patient relationship with them because I cannot even imagine what treatment would have been like. I made the mistakes of not looking at the reviews beforehand, but I can see there is a trend.
