예약 고객에 대한 기본적인 안내가 필요합니다 2주 전에 미리 예약하고, 2주 동안 예약 날짜만 기다렸습니다. 그런데 오늘 멀리서 1시간이나 운전해서 도착해 보니, 문 앞에 **“이틀간 휴업”**이라고 적혀 있었습니다. 휴업을 하게 되었다면 기존 예약 고객들에게 미리 연락을 주시거나, 최소한 예약을 받지 않았어야 하는 것 아닌가요? 오늘 예약되어 있던 고객들은 대체 어떻게 된 건지 정말 이해가 되지 않습니다. 저는 2주를 기다려서 어렵게 예약했는데, 아무런 연락도 없이 현장에 도착해서야 휴업 사실을 알게 되니 너무 황당하고 허탈했습니다. 다시 예약하려면 또 2주를 기다려야 하는 건가요? 환자를 기다리게 하는 병원에서 이런 식으로 예약 관리를 하는 것은 정말 이해하기 어렵습니다. 예약 고객들에게 최소한의 사전 안내는 해주셨으면 합니다.

They don’t know how or where they send their prescriptions. They can’t provide information about their invoices either. Go somewhere else lol

Rude and obnoxious dermatologist who doesn’t bother listening or caring for patients. Left this clinic immediately having to book another appointment with a different professional since she not just ignored my concerns but laughed at me along with her rude staff.
