I seem to have broken my shoulder two weeks ago – and called Dr. Ahmad over this past weekend – very worried and believing I needed an xray. Dr. Ahmad – called me back very quickly and answered ALL of my questions – completely patient – and kind to allay my fears. Dr. Ahmad is Godsend, an angel from heaven. I suffered agonizing /debilitating pain for 5 months from the hip/femur area. This highly skilled doctor & his inventive new techniques, saved my hip, my femur head & fixed my ill, and only 1 night in hospital. My hip has been totally pain free since my surgery 2 weeks ago. I am ready to run when he gives me the go ahead. Would give him 100 stars if I could. Highly recommend. Extremely grateful, & satisfied patient.
Currently 64 years old, my knee replacement was completed in May. Due to Dr. Ahmad and his team my recovery has been extrordinary and so quick. Within 3 weeks of surgery I was halfway through PT, used a cane only in crowds, had a little stiffness, but no pain or limp. Praise the Lord for your skill and artistry Dr. Ahmad . I did two rotator cuff surgeries (left and right, 2 years apart) with Dr. Ahmad and if I had another shoulder to do I would surely use him again. Excellent surgeon, follow-up appts, demeanor, and office visits to get me through the required steps of healing (pre/post surgery). Dr. Ahmad knows his stuff and my health and comfort related to my shoulders today are a testament to his medical thoroughness and experience. A+ Highly Recommend
I fell while hiking and injured my shoulder - dislocated, broken socket bone, torn rotator cuff, torn ligaments, torn tendons. In short my shoulder was a mess. My orthopedic surgeon, and friend, recommended I have surgery with Dr. Ahmad. The surgery went as described, and recovery progressed exactly as predicted. Now six months later I am still healing. But, I have almost a complete range of motion and am rapidly re-gaining strength. Dr Ahmad did remarkable work to put the shoulder back together.
From my first meeting with Dr. Ahmad I felt a real connection to him. He was straight up and honest about my medical situation. He did an excellent job with the surgery. Dr. Ahmad performed a shoulder scope on my right. The experience was excellent in every way. My rehab went much better than my most optimistic expectations. I have had little post op pain. After two weeks I was completely independently functional in my home and with physical therapy am gaining strength and function every day. I am quite old and worried that the surgery might not be appropriate for someone my age. Dr. Ahmad recently treated my wife who had fallen and suffered a fractured in the knees. We found him to be thorough and caring in the supervision of her recovery. He explained various options and recommended the needed management which resulted in rapid and full recovery. We will consult him for any future needs.
