I needed a dentist that could work with my TMJ and was directed to Dr. Garza. I had no problem getting an appointment as well as ongoing care. I needed referring to an oral surgeon (also very close to Dr. Garza and excellent) for surgery and to a physical therapist (right next door and excellent). Did this dentist thoroughly examine your teeth? Definitely! They spent extra time to make sure they didn't miss anything Did your gums bleed excessively after your appointment? Not at all! They were very gentle and careful Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, if they had music on it was very soothing

Yes Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Yes, I think I could have gotten better service elsewhere Did this dentist allow you to regularly rinse your mouth during your procedure? Once or twice, but not enough

They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. I'm very confident that my health is their top priority, and I know they would never recommend any sort of dental procedure that I didn't need. I trust them completely. I didn't wait long at all. They gave me all the information I needed about fees and payment plans before they scheduled my treatment. I appreciated them giving me enough information to consider my options before paying for it. The dentist and staff were so friendly and accommodating. I have never felt more welcome at a dental appointment! I thought the staff was amazing; they were so friendly and helpful, and made sure I felt welcome there. I needed a crown. I was very apprehensive about having it done. I was very unhappy with the service that Dr. Garza provided. I paid him to provide a partial for me and it was unacceptable from the beginning. The fit was too tight and the placement of the teeth was all wrong and he would never admit error on his part. I requested my money back and he has refused. So, I gather he does not guarantee his work.
